Great home for our family vacation. The kids loved the back yard. This was a great alternative to be being at a resort with the comfort being in a large home. Instacart and

Ubers were both readily available. Location was central to Old Town and Kierland shopping and restaurants. Good hiking within a 20-30 minute drive. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, the home was secluded and always felts safe. There was zero foot and car traffic outside. It is on a golf course and next to a driving range, one ball flew in the pool while we were outside. But to expected in the location. Reception was polite by our hostess and we were provided with a charcuterie board with wine.

Would stay again!

Had an amazing time here with a large group. The hosts respond super quick. They make the process so easy and any inquiries or concerns were addressed very promptly. Can't thank the team enough for making our trip fun and enjoyable. The place was incredibly clean and fully stocked with everything needed.

We had 15 of us staying at the house for a family trip and it was everything we wanted! The house was beautiful and honestly one of the best houses we stayed at so far. We loved that mostly every room had a king bed so all guests can stay comfortably. A lot of the time we don't book places that consider a couch a sleeping place. It felt very luxurious and also homey. We barely wanted to leave the house because it had everything we needed. We will definitely book with Premier again!

This place was absolutely fantastic! My family could not wait to arrive and we all hated to leave. The kids lived in the backyard and the pool throughout our stay. There is so much space and there are so many things to keep people of all ages entertained. Beyond the property itself, the neighborhood was very quiet and private and Jaida and the entire team were so communicative and accommodating. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

The place was beautiful and it was really fun to spend the day there. Close enough to our reservations for top golf and STK restaurant.

The hosts were very responsive.

The only issue we had was the internet. It made it hard to use the theater room or watch any football games because the internet would keep disconnecting for awhile. But other than that it was all amazing.

We had big expectations given all the great reviews, and it absolutely lived up to the billing. The backyard is spectacular. Nicer than most resorts. All the details inside the house were perfect, from the fully stocked kitchen to the high end bedding. We will definitely stay here next time in town!

We had a wonderful family gathering and everyone loved the property. Someone was there to greet us and walk us through the house. They provided two bottles of wine, cheese, snacks and cold water! All the basics were provided including a variety of seasonings, dish pods, laundry detergent and paper towels. We will definitely look to book this property again in the future!

This house was the perfect place to host my family as well as my friends and their families. It was a great home base as we explored the area with our young children. We ended up spending lots of time around the pool and game area and have only positive things to say about this house.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Modern decor, beautiful kitchen, very clean, comfy beds, with an amazing yard and pool! Great location too - just a short-drive to so many Scottsdale attractions, like Old Town and Camelback Mountain. We spent most of our time outside - you really can't beat this pool with the covered patio, will the grill and loungers. The adults and kids all had a wonderful time. I also really appreciated how responsive the hosts were prior to and during our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

This place has a wow factor. The amenities and little touches were great. Speakers and lighting and air all easily controlled via iPad. Swim up bar and outdoor TVs were great. The floor to ceiling windows make the place. We had a big group and this was the perfect spot. Everyone comfortable. You won't believe how awesome the master bathroom and closet is. We will be back to stay with Hozho. First class the whole way.

This home was amazing hosting 16 people so comfortably and the backyard was truly amazing hosting the entire group of us throughout the entire stay. The home was spectator sleeping all of us so easily and ample parking. We did let the host know we would've loved a more stocked kitchen as we planned to cook for 16 of us but hopefully they implement more kitchen items.

A really beautiful house, there were a few things that needed to be addressed while we

were there as the house was almost new and not completely inspected before completion, but they took care of those issues in a timely manner. The house and quality of the finishes were above expectations.

The property is as described and shown in the photos. We were a large party of 12 and it was very spacious and everyone had plenty of room. Manager was super responsive and we were welcomed with wine, cheese and crackers, which was welcome after arriving on Christmas evening when all stores were closed. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor

amenities as well. Great property!

Property was as expected from photos and details provided prior to arrival. Communication was top-notch! Quick responses, helpful information & accommodating with our schedule. Would definitely stay in this home again and/or work with Premier AZ again given the opportunity.

This house was the perfect place to stay for my sister's Bachelorette. There was plenty of room for 10 women; plenty of bedrooms and bathroom space as well. There was something for everyone, from the pool and slide, putting green, pool table, etc. It was about a 20 min drive from Old Town which was convenient and not too far. The house was clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Overall, we had an amazing experience!
